Press Release Body = Ever-Top Hardware Corporation is established in 1993. From
beginning 5 workers to now 65 workers, in the 11 years coming up, we do effort on
high quality, developing special nuts and service for satisfying customers\'
requirements. Currently, our major products are welding nuts and special nuts M4 to
M16 as per customer drawings, total over 840 sizes, for AUTO market, such as Ford,
GM, Chrysler, Peugeot, VW, Volvo, Fiat, Saab, Nissan, PPAP level 3 available. Each
size has its code number and internal manufacture drawing.
Major equipment are 18 Forging machines of 11B-24B, 46 tapping machines of 102
tapping spindles, 2 roller sorting machines, Rockwell hardness tester, projector
Carmar FS-2010, block gages, 3 wires, thread plug gages, plain plug gages and
run-out gages.
Renewed ISO 9001 requirements of manufacture of metal nuts, certificate number TW
508/02, by SGS ICS on Feb 1, 2002.
